When a kid  says that he&#039;s going to school, but he is absent and goes to other place, in the U.S. you call that &quot;to ditch&quot;. How do you call it in Australia?</description>

in Germany we don´t celebrate Halloween too. The 31.october called &quot;Reformations Day&quot;, it´s a public holiday like Labour Day . Anno 1517, Martin Luther attached his 95 theses on the churchdoor. This is the beginning of the Reformation.

But in the last years, in the kindergarten celebrate the kids this american tradition of Halloween.
