So, how do you say ‘??’ in English?
A: ‘Sushi’ – Yes that is right! If you say ‘sushi’, everyone will know you are talking about a delicious Japanese food!

Hi,
What would be the correct word for describing the meaning of the cooked meals? Opposite to rare meat.
Hi Ghamdiesa
The opposite of ‘raw’ meat is ‘cooked’ meat.
Usually in a restuarant, there are three ways people cook meat:
1: Rare = cooked on the outside, but the inside is still red and has some blood.
2: Medium = cooked on the outside, but the inside is pink. no blood.
3: Well done = cooked on the outside and inside. No blood.
