Beach Safety

By John On October 13, 2008 · 8 Comments · In Culture

I love swimming at the beach! But do you know good beach safety for Australia?
Have a look at the picture of the beach below…

Q: Where do you think is the safest place to swim?

Beach.JPG

A: Can you see the flags on the beach? They are red and yellow. There are two of them.

Always swim between the flags! This is the safest way! Everyday the lifeguards put the flags in the safest place to swim. And then they watch over that part of the beach, so they can help people who get into trouble.

So remember! Always swim between the flags!

QUESTION: Do like swimming? What hobbies do you have? Put your answer in the comments!

I don’t know how to swim, and I’d really like to learn, otherwise you can lose a lot of fun.

Anyways, I always try that, wouldn’t be an obstacle to enjoy the sea, or other kind of stuff related to the water.

For example, once I was in Xcaret (Cancun, Mexico)a very beautiful place, and there are “cenotes” a kind of natural wells where you can swim and admire subterranean places. So I took a lifeguard vest and I did all the route.

    It was an incredible experience!

Yes the sea is very relaxing, but also good for exercise!

Is the sea nice where you live Alan and Zenat?

I think the swimming is one of the best ways to spend your free time and of course it’s a great fun that’s why i always envy people living at the beach. As we can see nowdays many celebrities spend their time sunbathing and relaxing whether it’s a beach or a pool.countries such as Spain,Greece are the aim of tourists enjoying hot wheather sea.Well who wouldn’t enjoy it

    Hi reihaneh
I don’t usually swim in the sea at night either. It is not safe!

    Day time is much better!
