General Lesson
Hi friends! Welcome to the new site!

Ask John English started as a simple blog. You can still see how it started here: http://askjohn.seesaa.net/

When I started writing, most of my visitors were Japanese and so I wrote lessons especially for them and their language needs. But, the site quickly grew and so I have started this new version. I hope everyone can enjoy Ask John English!

ACTIVITY FOR EVERYONE:Let’s start by getting to know a bit about each other.

    1) GO to the forum: http://www.askjohnenglish.com/learn/course/view.php?id=5

    2) WRITE or RECORD something about yourself:

    1. Where you are from (your country and one interesting thing about your country).
    2. Why or how you use English (is it a hobby, for work, or school?)
    3. What you want to learn or what you wish you could do with English (maybe travel the world, pass your exam or get a job using English with better money!)
    4. Something you would like to share with other members – maybe something about yourself or a funny story – or anything you like! (this is optional)

    3) READ what other people have written and reply to them. You will meet some great people! I have already met so many friendly and helpful people on my site!

Of course I will read everything you write and respond to you!

The Ask John English site is growing quickly!
